Solution: After getting an insight into the chapter I understood the importance of Organizational culture and what role it plays in defining symbolic leadership theory. Leaders are responsible for playing crucial roles in organizing cultures and meanings. It is not always possible for them to keep a track on what is going on in the office premises or more interior to that thereby, they need to exert significant influence on how the events are lined up to get the minimal control possible. The culture of the organization according to me plays an important role in determining the individual responsibilities the workers plays in controlling the organization. Basically here also the importance communication is to be considered in communicating the organizational culture to all its employees.
